The list of Winter ’21 features below apply to mobile enhancements.

Note: These features are not listed in any specific order.

1. Mobile App Enhancements – Android, iOS and Full Site

2. (Update) Require User Permission for the Send Custom Notification Action. Once this update is activated, a user must have the Send Custom Notifications user permission to trigger the Send Custom Notification action in flows that run in the user’s context, REST API calls, or Apex callouts. If the user does not have this permission, no custom notification will be sent.

3. Send Your Custom Notification Recipients to New Places with Page Reference Navigation. Previously, you can only send the recipient to a record page. Now, you can either send the custom notification recipient to record ID using the Target ID field or a PageReference for the Target Page Reference field on the action.
