I’m honored to present at Dreamforce for a 4th consecutive year. I love knowledge sharing with the Salesforce ecosystem.
I was a featured Trailblazer in the Lightning Keynote, delivered “3 Ways You Can Build Apps on the Lightning Platform” and lastly, did a theater panel “Trailblazing Release Time: How to Navigate and Succeed with Releases” twice.
Here are the links to the recordings and decks.
Lightning Keynote: Build Dynamic Experiences
Alex Edelstein, Sr. Director Product Management at Salesforce, showcased John Hancock in the Automation story and interviewed me on stage at the Lightning Keynote: Build Dynamic Experiences. During my interview, I talked about how flow did not click for me the first, second or third time but because I was persistent, it eventually resonated with me. Don’t quit. Keep at it!

3 Ways You Can Build Apps on the Lightning Platform
The flexibility of the Lightning Platform allows you to build apps declaratively, using just what’s out of the box, use low code solutions or go full power with custom developed components. You decide. In this session, Lightning Champion and Salesforce MVP, Jennifer Lee, builds out a fictitious app – Swagilious Trading/Tracker App – using all three – clicks, low code and custom components from the AppExchange.

Trailblazing Release Time: How to Navigate and Succeed with Releases
On the last day of Dreamforce, I participated in a panel discussion “Trailblazing Release Time: How to Navigate and Succeed with Releases” facilitated by Amanda Lane, with Harry Radenberg and fellow MVPs, Ines Garcia and Carlos Siqueira. I shared how I personally get geared up for an upcoming Salesforce release and how I educate/share the upcoming Release highlights internally.
